• Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

Cancellations must be requested by emailing us at hello@numeropearls.com or contacting our customer support at +971 50 594 7781.

After 24 hours, the order moves into the processing stage, and cancellations will not be accepted.

Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be canceled.

• Refund Policy

If your order is canceled within 24 hours, a full refund will be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days after cancellation approval.

• Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

Returns are not accepted for:

Minor natural variations in crystals, as each piece is unique.

Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect products.

Return Process:

Contact us at hello@numeropearls.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with images of the item.

Once approved, return the product in its original condition.

After inspection, we will issue a refund or exchange, based on availability.
